Every service below is free, confidential, and available at any hour from January 1, 2027. You never need a referral, a diagnosis, or a reason that sounds serious enough.
Active listening
Space to say what's actually going on, at your own pace, to someone whose only job in that moment is to hear you properly.
Emotional support
For the days that are heavy without being an emergency — grief, loneliness, stress, burnout, family strain, or a week that simply got too big.
Crisis support
When you're in distress, we stay with you. We help you steady yourself, think through what's safe, and decide what happens next — together, not alone.
Resource navigation
Long forms, closed intake lists, waitlists that go nowhere. We help you work out which service actually fits, and how to get through the door.
Referrals
Connections to mental health, housing, healthcare, food, income, employment, legal, settlement and community services across Ontario.
Follow-up for up to 90 days
With your consent, we check back in to see whether the referral worked. If something fell through, we help you pick it back up.
